Shitty First Drafts gave me someone to relate with I guess. Its nice to hear actually writers having the same issues when writing that you do. It made me realize that obviously my paper isn’t going to perfect the first time through, and that nobody ever is. Its just going to take some Time and patients to correct it.;

Revision Plan Strategy:

Goals: My goals for the revision process are to break down each paragraph fully. I want to make sure that my peer understands my goal of that paragraph as well as myself. Because sometimes we slip up and don’t catch onto mistakes while jotting down ideas. I also want to know exactly what road I am going down, or hound down on the exact vision/idea I want to write about.

How to achieve my goals: Re read and revise my essay more than once. Another great tool I’ve found to help is reading out loud to find any mistakes, whether that be punctual or just the flow of the sentences together. When it comes to peer review I want to have an open mind and understand their points of view.

biggest challenge: I think my biggest challenge will be being able to re read the same essay over and over again. Sometimes it can get repetitive and annoying. But to make it the best essay possible I have to be able to read it plenty of times to catch mistakes.

how to avoid challenges: By making something I enjoy reading and something that means something to me will make the editing and revising process a whole lot easier. Not only will writing and reading my essay be easier But the outcome of writing something I enjoy will be great.
