As you reflect on the class’s trajectory of readings in the context of this podcast, what role do you see language playing in your life? Work hard to articulate your relationship with language–the good, the bad, and the ugly. How important has language been to you in the past? How important is it now? What role do you see language playing in your future?
Language is the tool for communication. I could not imagine my life without it. I am able to express myself with how I talk and what I say. Myself personally I find myself to be a sarcastic and fun person I am I able to show that through my way of speech and the funny things a may say. I am able to be my own person. Another part of speech I find interesting and that puts you apart from everyone else is your voice, your voice is part of you with is interesting to think about. We also have to reflect what we are thinking. How we are all thinking different things but not always knowing how to relay that information through speech. We may not know how to say exactly what we think.. so there is so much the outside world doesn’t know about what you are emotionally thinking about internally.
