Art can show many emotions, it can open our feelings depending upon the piece or artist you are viewing. Art we love is what we are drawn to, what excites you, what interests you. We also love art that enhances our senses, looking at something visually appealing to you is going to draw you towards it. We often see that many people are drawn to pretty things, paying to attention to the major artist that spend their time on real life issues, these things may not be pretty but serve a different purpose to the viewer. When I reflect on art and go through exhibits I look at each work of art, that may interest me or not. I love looking at the application of media as well as composition and hidden gems within the artworks. I love looking at each concept and different idea artists have. As well as depicting different eras and how that art work may have been affected because of its tine period. Not only is it fun to learn about these different things but applies to my learning and studies of art, helping me advance my scope of mark making and conceptual ideas.
